Es un tequila reposado o AGED, como bien indica su nombre, que se elabora con 100 % agave azul. 1800 reposado es uno de los más vendidos del mundo.
El color de este tequila es entre ámbar y miel; en nariz, resulta dulzón, con predominio de notas a caramelo, vainilla y también cáscara de naranja. El sabor de este tequila 1800 Reposado es equilibrado y redondo, con otras dulzonas que se combinan con especias. La maduración del 1800 Reposado se realiza en barricas de roble francés y americano durante un lapso de tiempo de cómo mínimo 6 meses.
