En nariz destaca la fruta blanca, como la pera, sobre una nota bien marcada de briochería, flan de caramelo, crema pastelera, fruta confitada.
Entrada en boca fresca y delicada. Su paso es seco, con presencia de hierbas frescas que abren una ventana al campo, donde destacan las flores blancas. Con notas de briochería y crema, haciendo un final de boca muy agradable.
